When booking with Roberto Vivancos Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
***In order to secure the session please remember to pay the deposit, Session will NOT be booked until the deposit is paid.
Your deposit is taken to hold a space in the diary which could otherwise be booked by other clients. If you would like to move your session please e-mail me on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss alternative dates and your deposit can be used towards the new session.
Deposit is taken off the final price, it's NOT an additional charge.
**If you give less than 48 hrs notice to any changes with your booking, your deposit will be lost.
Payment must be completed on the day by Cash or Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. If you need a payment reader or device to complete an online transfer please ensure you have this with you.
Can be made up to 48hrs prior the shoot date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
**If shoot is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, your depsoit will be lost.
Please don't arrive too early for your shoot, 10 - 15 minutes at most. If you arrive too early I may not answer as I will probably be with another client, on my way to the studio or on a break.
Please be aware that the number of final edits you will get is determined by the package you purchased. You may purchase additional edits should you require.
Any unauthorised alterations, edits or filter treatments to our final work is not permitted. If you require an alteration or additional editing, please contact us.
